Diorissimo
Perfume
The
Diorissimo perfume is currently my favorite of all perfumes.
Though it is recommended for office use, I find it an
extravagant, luxurious scent that I just can't get enough
of. This may sound very weird, and I almost hesitate
to say it. Well, I am very drawn to it, and have thought
it was someone I was with, and so asked them breathlessly
what are you wearing? The Diorissimo perfume was created
in 2001. It begins with notes of citrus nectars, including
Orange, Mandarine, Bergamot and Grapefruit. Then, the
middle notes include Gardenia, Petals and Chinese Rhododendron.
Finally the skin-like warmth of Amber, its rich golden
heart, is revealed
The
Diorissimo perfume comes in a very pretty short rounded
bottle. It will look quite attractive on your dresser.
The only difference between products is the percentage
of fragrance oil in the finished solution and on some
occasions the addition of a small amount of water in
the final alcoholic solution. Perfumers make their own
decisions as to what level they wish the fragrance products
to be, i.e., perfumes normally are stronger. They generally
vary from 20% all the way up to 45%. Women's cologne
varies from 10% to 25%. The Diorissimo perfume is usually
somewhere between 6% to 15%. The decision is made by
the perfumer depending on the types of oils in the formula
and the desired effect
When
wearing perfumes and colognes, always be considerate
of others, and apply very lightly. People have varying
preferences and some are allergic or sensitive. And
here is a tidbit I heard recently. Do not dab fragrance
behind your ears. We don't have sebaceous glands there,
so the fragrance can cause drying, and premature aging
in that area, and regardless of your age now, trust
me, you don't want to do that! You can certainly do
as the Diorissimo perfume suggests, and wear this enticing
scent to the office. However, if you decide you love
the Diorissimo perfume as much as I do, you may choose
to wear it for special occasions. If you truly enjoy
flowery, feminine perfumes with a touch of the Oriental
this may well be the perfume for you. I highly recommend
